Po Dog, the hipster hot dog haven on Capitol Hill shop, will be opening Friday on University Ave. between 47th and 50th.
On the menu this month: the Po Roll, an all-beef dog with cream cheese and avocado, wrapped in rice and sushi paper, deep fried and topped with wasabi aioli & teriyaki sauce.
OMG. You had me at nori.
